The brains behind our marketing campaigns

From the high mountains in Nepal to the paradisaical beaches in Mauritius, passing by the exotic lands of Nigeria and Thailand, sunny Portugal and culturally-rich Italy, our multi-disciplinary team has extensive experience in managing, operating and helping our clients to get the most out of their marketing requirements. Find out about the faces that make Consider This work:

Michael Pearce, Managing Director

Michael150x150Michael Pearce co-founded Consider This, alongside Paul Taylor in 2003. Michael stays involved, seeing everything from the beginning to the very end. His and Paul's relationship hits the right balance - they both see things from different angles but see things in the same light. They have a deep understanding of what each other wants to see or is thinking about and nothing is ever wrong, but an option to be explored. You never know where that is going to lead.

Often the problem contains the solution - the solution is within the problem. Michael studied at the London College of Printing (which is now known as London College of Communication), one of the top three schools for his field of studies - Graphic, Media and Design. He worked in a European branding retail agency, dealing with clients such as Sephora, Faith, Reebok and Morgan. He then went to a small agency in Park Royal where he met Paul and went on to set up Consider This. He tells us, after that - the rest is history.

Paul Taylor, Managing Director

PaulPaul has been working in marketing for 23yrs, starting as a manager in B2B Direct Marketing, then progressing to an independent marketing consultant. In 2003, he set up Consider This UK with Michael Pearce and together they have created a company that has grown to cover all aspects of the marketing spectrum.

Paul manages the team and liaises with new and existing clients on the development of their marketing strategies. His creative flair and initiative combines with his ability to quickly understand, enhance and facilitate client’s requirements and their targets and goals.
